What banner ad formats do we accept?
We use the industy standard formats of GIF, JPEG, or Flash. The following requirements for each format are;
- GIF Banner Ad Format Requirements:

- File dimensions as specified for each banner ad location
- JPEG image should not save the quality setting to less than 60%
- Flash Ad Format Requirements:
- Embed your website link in your .swf file
- Use a white background layer in your Flash ad and parent .swf file
- Develop your animation at 18 frames per second
- Send us your .swf and .fla file when you submit your banner

How long does it take for my ad to start running?
- Upon creating your campaign, if you pay online by credit card, your ads will become active immediately. If you fax in or email the order form, it will normally take a couple of hours for the campaign to be activated. However, this can vary depending on the time of day the order is placed and the method of payment you used for the order
What are the advertising guidelines?

- There are no activation fees, or long term contracts
What if I want to cancel my account?
- You may cancel your service and request a refund of any remaining paid credits in your account at any time with written notice to Hodgert & Associates Ltd. You can mail it, or fax it to (403) 668-0239. When we receive your request to cancel your service, we will refund the value of all remaining credits within 48 hours of the termination of the campaign. We will issue all refunds by Paypal onto the credit card used to purchase the service. You will only receive a refund on the actual amount paid, and not on any promotional amounts added to your account
